Pago del Vicario Tempranillo/Cabernet 750ml (Adam’s Favorite)

Extremely floral and lifted nose with violet aromas and balsamic notes of Mediterranean herbs, notably wild thyme with hints of bay, curry and a sweet touch of cinnamon. Full bodied with lots of texture and flavor. The finish is balanced and lengthy with smoky oak notes.
