Doc Swinson’s Pineau Cask Straight Bourbon 750ml (proof 107)

Pineau des Charentes is a truly unique French aperitif, produced from a blend of fresh grape juice and young cognac, which is then aged in French oak barrels for several years.
We let Doc Swinson’s blend of two five-year bourbon whiskeys rest in these barrels bringing hints of apricot, sultanas, and wildflower honey to the already delicious caramel and stone fruit notes of the bourbon.
