Doc Swinson’s Alter Ego Sherry & Cognac Cask Straight Bourbon 750ml (proof 95.8)

A blend of two 5 year old straight bourbon whiskeys finished in Cognac, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximinez Sherry casks before being married in a Cognac foeder and bottled when ready. Flavors of Marzipan, bright cherry, spearmint, whipped cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel, brandied orange peel, fruit, and leather. The finish is rich and full bodied bourbon with satisfying bouquet of nuts, cherries, orange and caramel.
